OPEN CALL for Vertical Web Series Production Teams

Interactive Films is seeking passionate production partners with expertise in creating vertical web series. Whether established players in the field or entertainment veterans looking to explore the format, you are welcome to join us in creating compelling stories in the new age of vertical viewing.

We are seeking a number of teams capable of managing the entire production lifecycle, bringing the web series from script to screen. We particularly value teams with the ability to adapt existing IPs into engaging web series scripts. However, teams without attached screenwriters are also encouraged to apply. Please refer to the section below for specific application requirements.

For all production teams that apply, your team members should include (at least): 

• 1 Producer
• 1 Director
• 1 Line Producer
• 1 Director of Photography
• 1 Production Design
• 1 Costume & Makeup
• 1 Editor/Post Supervisor
• 1 Screenwriter (optional)

Apart from the bleeding edge VFX technologies embedded in the genes of Snail, we will also provide a budget to execute the stories with. Contact us to explore exciting collaboration opportunities and be at the forefront of vertical storytelling!

Video Resolution: 1080 x 1960

Project Length: 1-2 minutes per episode, 60-80 episodes per series

Filming Days: 7-8 days 

Production Cycle: 3 months (with script adaptation), 2 months (without adaptation)

For Teams With Screenwriters Attached,

Please provide:

• A portfolio of previous works showcasing your team’s past experience. Please highlight any experience directly related to the vertical web series genre.  
• Resumes of your key department heads.
• The topsheet of your previous or sample production budget for a web series. 
• A casting notice of your previous or sample production for a web series, or similar projects.
• A sample synopsis of your discretion suitable for web series adaptation. (NDAs are available upon request). 

For Teams Without Screenwriters Attached

Please provide:

• A portfolio of previous works showcasing your team’s past experience. Please highlight any experience directly related to the vertical web series genre.  
• Resumes of your key department heads.
• The topsheet of your previous or sample production budget for a web series. 
• A casting notice of your previous or sample production for a web series, or similar projects.
